REFUND POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please read our return policy carefully.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for change of mind or incorrect orders.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in the same condition as received
- Cards must be in their original protective sleeves/toploaders
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number)
RETURN SHIPPING
For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using tracked shipping for returns.
For damaged or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs.
HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Email us at support@inkwellnz.shop within 30 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We'll provide return instructions and our return address
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@inkwellnz.shop so we can make it right.
PREORDERS
Preorders cannot be refunded once the product has been released and shipped, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sealed booster packs that have been opened
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
